Lynnise Blackburn (1960-1976)

OBITUARY
Lynnise Blackburn, 16, Granger, died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 1976, in an automobile accident on 1-15 near Blackfoot, Idaho. One of three who died in
accident. Others were mother, Pauline Day Blackburn, Granger, and grandmother, Melva Finlinson Day, of Fillmore.

Born April 22, 1960, Salt Lake City to Von C. and Pauline Day Blackburn. Member LDS Church, served as nursery leader in primary, primary teacher, chorister, spiritual environment, vice president LDS Seminary, junior at Granger High School, member of marching band, debate club, junior choir, and New Generation Dance Group. Worked at Potato Pit as hostess.

Survivors: father; Von C. Blackburn, Granger; three brothers and a sister, Scott, Alan, Thomas; Lori Jo, all of Granger, grandparents, Newell D. Day, Fillmore, and Mr. and Mrs. Easten Blackburn, St. George.

Funeral services Tuesday, Nov. 30, at 10 a.m., in Granger 22nd Ward, 3270 West 3650 South. Friends call at McDougall Funeral Home, 4330 S. Redwood Rd, Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, one hour prior to services at the church. Burial in Oak City cemetery; Tuesday, 4:30 P.m. Funeral directors, Olpin Mortuary.
